Your First Visit:

Upon arrival you will be asked to complete necessary paperwork which will include pertinent information concerning you and your health. In order to make an efficient analysis of your dental needs, a clinical examination and X-rays may be needed. We will provide a cleaning appropriate to your dental needs. the doctor will then perform a complete dental exam of your teeth and soft oral tissues, and discuss a custom-tailored treatment plan for you to create your Choice 1 Smile.
